The chef welcomes you in a warm atmosphere and offers quality traditional cuisine. He works with the producers of the Alps (charcuterie, cheese, meat...) to suggest formulas to slate the local flavours.
On the slate are available starters, mains and desserts mainly from the Savoyard soil: whitefish from Lake Léman, Maglandsnail cassolette, Savoie rump stake, tartiflette, blueberry pie, Savoie Apple Matafaim, lava cake...

All our restaurants will be offering vegan choices this winter.
The menus at our «Maître Restaurateur» restaurants, as well as our daily specials, are translated into 45 languages. These menus are available through a QR code on our placemats as well as our Facebook pages.

Booking is recommended. We’ve set up a new online bookings service for Le 3842 Restaurant (on the Aiguille du Midi summit) and La Bergerie de Planpraz Restaurant, making it much easier for our clients to book a table with us. From December 2019.
Located in the heart of the Chamonix Valley’s ski areas and protected natural sites, SERAC restaurants are taking steps to minimise their impact on the environment.
Recycling bins are available to our clients and our takeaway packaging is partly biodegradable. Organic waste will be collected and turned into compost to fertilise the pistes during the summer.
