Tuesday 28 March 2023, around 1:30 p.m., upstream the Requin Hut, an avalanche buried a skier's equipment. In the incident, a ski could not be found.
The man was evacuated by the Chamonix high mountain gendarmerie platoon.
Two other rescues carried out by the PGHM in the Vallée Blanche
Two other rescues carried out on the same day in the Vallée Blanche concerned a skier with a knee injury and an exhausted person.
