A monumental fresco in Chamonix town
In the street Dr. Paccard (Chamonix center) at number 76, next to the shop Snell Sports, you can find a fresco/painting of 160 square meters with the actors of the Chamonix mountaineering/alpinism history. We can recognize Joseph Vallot with a telescope, De Saussure with a barometer, Roger Frisian Roche, Gaston Rebuffat or Henriette d'Angeville.
