Chamonix – An IPhone Application

Following a partnership between the Compagnie du Mont Blanc and the Chamonix Tourist Office, this application for mobile phones iPhone gives complete information on entertainment stations, the ski areas, or on the weather. The system is an information tool, with a playful element. It gives for example the name of the mountains through augmented reality. But the application is also a promotional tool. The application "Chamonix" is available free on the AppStore. An update is already planned for the summer. And a move towards all types of Smartphone is also underway.
