Demolition of the Brevent-Plan Praz Pylons
The old pylons of the Plan Praz gondola are in the process of being demolished. The first concrete column, the "P-5", is no more (R.I.P.!). It has been totally demolished, down to its base. The company responsible for its demolition have started work on the next pylon, the "P-6", just above. The work-platform is in place & the pneumatic drills will soon start up. The plan is to finish the second tower by the end of the summer. Radio Mont Blanc
