New World Record set last night
In the Climbing World Cup, the speed climbers didn't "hang around"! They delivered in full on Tuesday evening. In the final, the Russian Serguey Abdrakmanov set a new World Record time on the certified speed-climbing wall. He knocked three hundredths of a second off the previous record, set by a Chinese climber. Thus, the new world record on the speed-climbing wall is now 6.37 seconds.
