2015 Ultra-Trail Du Mont-Blanc Results!
2015 Ultra-Trail Du Mont-Blanc revealed its winners! It was the biggest challenge, more than 4000 runners finished one of the five races included in the iconic running adventure and thousands of other runners gave up.
UTMB® [Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®]
In the male's category, Xavier Thévenard, finished first in a remarkable 21h09'13''. This is the second UTMB trophy for the young Frenchman who ran out of his brains and showed us all the capabilities of the human mind and body. Watch the video here.
After dropping out of last year’s Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc, Luis Alberto Hernando made it his mission to finish UTMB this year. He did… and finished second.
In the women’s race, spectators assisted to another French triumph. There was to be no looking back for the majestic, 45, Nathalie Mauclair, who gradually increased her advantage to take victory in 25h15'33''. Second place for Uxue Fraile and third for Denise Zimmermann at 2h18'' distance from Mauclair.

CCC® - Oceania and America In The Spotlight
Indisputable victory for America! Zach Miller and Tim Tollefson, who run as a team throughout the entire race, managed to surpass Nicolas Martin (FRA), thus ensuring the top two positions on the podium In women's competition, Ruth Croft from New Zealand dominated from the start to the finish. She won the competition followed by the American female trailer Magdalena Boulet, an Ex-Olympic marathon runner. Check out the video of the race.

Youth's power for OCC®
The second edition of OCC® took place on Thursday, 27th August 2015. The UTMB's brand new team race, the winner is the Spanish runner Marc Pinsach Rubirola (5h21'38''), followed by Sylvain COURT and Germain GRANGIER. In the women race, to the delight of all supporters, Celia Chiron, the Italian female trailer obtains a victory in only 6h41'53''. What a performance! Check out the video!

TDS® : French & Spanish podium
A great performance for the runner Pau Bartolo. From the very start of the race he took the lead and remained in first position until the finish. The Spanish winner was followed by the French, Cyril Cointre, at 17 mins difference.

PTL®- Belgian couple on the top!
Tuesday, 24 Aug 2015, Les Patrouilleurs Celestes, (the Celestial Patrolers), the Belgian couple Stephan Bero and Isabelle Ost clinched the victory in the 2015 PTL, after 118 hours of run.
The PTL is an extended Mont Blanc tour, allowing the trailers to cross unmarked borders to the surrounding mountain ranges, the highest of the Alpine's tops. See the departure of the race from Chamonix.
We have seen some stunning performances, stout racing, and a changing plot from beginning to end. This 13th edition was more that just a competition, it was a real challenge in the struggle for domination and victory. Thousands of runners, winners and defeated, proud and disappointed - but in the end all heroes!! We enjoyed a amazing race and we are already waiting for next year's edition!
