Intensive language courses for seasonal workers / mountain professionals
The clientele of Chamonix is cosmopolitan. To speak at least a foreign language is essential!
Intensive language courses English, Russian, Italian, French will be held from 20th November to 1st December 2017 at the Congress Centre Le Majestic in Chamonix.
The language courses are for seasonal workers / mountain professionals of the mountain resorts: hotels, restaurants, ski lifts, shops...
These courses will take place in small groups (8 people) and include:
- role playing;
- field trips: High Mountain Office, Weather Centre;
- autentic documents (text and video);
Native language trainers
The native language trainers know the mountain environment and the "business" and / or "technical" language necessary in your daily life.
Schedule of courses:
From 20th November to 1st December 2017 for English, Russian and Italian;
From 27th November to 1st December 2017 for French as foreign language.
Intensive language courses:
• 60 hours in 10 days for English, Russian and Italian;
• 30 hours in 5 days for French as foreign language.
