Person is lost in Chamonix & appeal for witnesses

Gendarmerie and PGHM, volunteers, the family are on the ground. For several days, more or less forty persons have been looking for a man of about fifty years old. This French-Swiss citizen was spotted Thursday (December 9th) at 16h during a snowshoeing in the area of Grassonnet on the banks of Arve. Since then this man has given no sign of life. The helicopter was used for search Sunday and Monday, and the police still search the areas: Argentiere, the Grassonnet and the Lavancher.
