Opening of the Chamonix Unlimited Festival - Wed 5 April
On Wednesday evening, 5th April 2017, the Chamonix Unlimited Festival will kick off in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley.
On the opening evening, at 8:30pm, DJ Laurent Garnier will play at Planpraz (Brévent site). Also, on Saturday 8th April, Yuksek will play free at the Lognan refuge alongside other well-known names such as Ben Klock, Kerri Chandler, Maceo Plex, Marcel Dettman, Vitalic and others.
Indeed, the second edition of this big festival dedicated to electro music is to take place every day, from Wednesday 5 to Sunday 9 April 2017. So, 5 days of skiing and unlimited music at the foot of Mont Blanc.

An international line-up, extraordinary sites: a unique experience.
From Planpraz to Plan Joran via the refuge du Requin, the Chamonix Unlimited offers concerts in altitude, day and night, in multiple venues on the mountain and in the valley.
According to the festival manager and organizer, José Lagarellos, this "great end-of-season event" aims to "relaunch the activity at the end of the season". It is a question of "combining skiing and current music and aims discover the mountain to people".

- Festival Pass: the pass gives access to all main events on Wednesday and Thursday at Plan Praz (Brévent - AR by cable car included) and Friday, Saturday, Sunday at Plan Joran (Argentière, shuttle included from Chamonix). Price from €20 per day.
- Unlimited Festival Pass: the pass gives access to all the events of the festival and to all the lifts of the ski area for both skiers and pedestrians. Some events require the use of the lifts, included in the past. Price from €46 per day. Includes the daily Pool Party at Kaoz Theory Hotel - Refuge Les Aiglons 4*.
New 2017:
- A stage will be set up on the snow front of Lognan in the Grands Montets ski area;
- The Unlimited club will host about 800 people at the hotel-chalet du Prieuré on Friday & Saturday night;
- The departure station of the Plan Joran gondola will be turned into a real dancefloor.
