Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a sweat-producing, breath-synchronized regimen of poses pioneered by Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois, who died at the age of 92 in 2009. 

The system focuses on coordination of movement of Asanas (postures) with the Ujjayi (smooth, deep breathing), Drishti (focused gaze), and Bandhas (locks). The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating class which leads through a series of breath-synchronized postures, "flowing" into one another. 

The continuous flow produces internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Hatha Yoga is the most popular form of practice in Europe and can be taught in a number of ways. 

We focus on the traditional way of teaching it in India, where the internal observation is fundamental. Vini Yoga is a gentle, slow practice where emphasis is placed on the student’s inner awareness and breathing. 

During Yin Yoga each posture is held for 3-5 minutes to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues. Yin Yoga deeply stretches and nourishes the joints of the body, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace.
