The "Summit 3842" cafeteria welcomes throughout the day the visitors of the Aiguille du Midi.
We cook on-site: tartiflette, homemade soups of the day, hot and cold sandwiches, vegetarian, Savoy aperitif (meat and cheese platter of the Alps and a bottle of Savoy wine) but also the Prestige aperitif with Champagne and Macarons. All this while enjoying a unique view of the valley of Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc thanks to large bay windows.

We’ve set up a new online bookings service for Le 3842 Restaurant (on the Aiguille du Midi summit) and La Bergerie de Planpraz Restaurant, making it much easier for our clients to book a table with us. From December 2019.
The menus at our «Maître Restaurateur» restaurants, as well as our daily specials, are translated into 45 languages. These menus are available through a QR code on our placemats as well as our Facebook pages. Recycling bins are available to our clients and our takeaway packaging is partly biodegradable.
Organic waste will be collected and turned into compost to fertilise the pistes during the summer.
